1. Cleaning will be done according to the specs of the   cleaning guidelines charted by the company


2. Customers will be charged according to the price list and according to the quote agreed with the customer.



3. All complaints should be reported within 12 hours of the finished cleaning Or else they will not be dealt with.


4. Cleaning complaints will be dealt with cleaning compensation and no refund will be issued


5. Please Advise us on what stuff you need to bin if anything is on the property because staff will throw everything. (Old Crockery, plates etc) unless advised otherwise.


6. When deep cleaning, all freezers must be defrosted at least 24 hours before we come to the property. Otherwise, they will not be cleaned.


7. Only the stuff will be removed which is under 10KG in weight to clean the floors, the rest will be done without moving the furniture etc.
